Dr Jati, who just serves in Pagar Alas Village, turns out to be a cold-blooded killer who is obsessed with human hearts. He accidentally meets Sukma, a Lengger dancer. Sukma’s dance makes his heart beating fast. At the same time, the situation in the village is tense because many residents are missing. They believe that the only thing that can stop the disaster is the Lengger dance ritual.
